It's sad that this happened, but now we can at least take the time to step and stop it from happening again instead of ignoring it. Hitler didn't do the killing himself he may have brainwashed the people, but its also the people's misguided judgement from the depression and human nature is blame it on someone else...and thats what he did. He rounded up his countrymen against the Jewish people. This is still happening today in Uganda and Sudan. All you have to do is take the time to become aware and help others become aware of it too!

I think that it doesnt matter what religions did or did not do something the way others may have done. There is nothing we can do about the past except use the lessons learned and do something about the future. Either way, 6 million Jews werestill murdered. It's a complete shame. But I know that learning about this major event has changed my prospective on Religion and Race and beliefs. I have learned to treat each race and belief equally because we are all not the same. The Jews should have been treated equally. In this case, Hitler proves that 1 person can change everything and make a positive or negative impact. This is just how I felt.

I feel really really bad for these people. I don't think that anybody should have to go through all of that.
Hitler was a heartless person and I'm so glad that he's not around anymore. I really hope that this doesn"t happen again because it's not fair. Everybody is equal and it shouldn't matter what race, color, or religion they are.

Some people are truly sick. And the comment i read about prevention of this horrific tragity. Hitler is sick and this would have happened regaurdless of religion. Itts someones own sick idea of what the world should be.

Holocaust. It is not unique just to world war 2 it has happened since. One would think that such terrable acts against humanity could never happen again. How can hatred for another fuel such terrable acts of violence and death. How do they live with themselves? I can't understand that.

Most people think of Jehovah's Witnesses as a bit of a joke, but they're made of strong stuff. The Witnesses could have avoided suffering simply by giving in and going with the flow (like the Catholics) but weren't they strong in standing up against Hitler!
What a pity the other religions who look down on them weren't also willing to obey the fifth commandment "thou shalt not kill" then there may have been NO HOLOCAUST.

When i read ID card #1452, it brought tears to my eyes. It was just so unfortunate that i was one of the few that actually read it inside the museum, while my classmates didn't care at all. In a place like that you show respect, instead and cracking jokes. If only they knew how cruel they really are....
