Thank You for writing this account of your memories, Anne. We appreciate your humor and fun in hard times. I wish this wasn't how your story ended though. I wish you could have had your dreams come true. I think everyone needs to have the chance to follow their dreams. I wish you could have had this opportunity too. |

Your story showed many in the future the horrible cruelty you faced and your bravery. Your diary is published, your story remembered, and I can say that you are truly a wonderful writer. |

Every single time I read this book with my class, I feel so sad. Sad for Anne, sad for the families and sad for all the family members I lost in the Holocaust. This book is moving and holds strong through the years. |

I read the book when I was 12, it didn't leave any markings then, but now that I'm 39, I read it again to give myself light to what was happening today in different areas of the world. I'm a mother of two, my role now is to protect them and sacrifice my life for their own sakes. Anne should have lived her life much longer but she left us something greater, that is to learn about the effects of war to the young innocent ones. |

I recieved her diary as a birthday present. I read it, and I wanted to know more. I've watched pretty much every film and movie about her, and I have cried so hard. She had so many dreams, yet she never got the chance to show herself to the world. She has through her diary, but still, it's not the same. God bless, Anne Frank! |

Anne - if only you could have lived to know you did become an inspiring writer. Your thoughts are written so well - in such a moving way and as a teenager I can relate, laugh, cry, and question along with you. You diary has made me look at things differently just as your experiences turned you from an average teenager to a deep thinker and witty individual. Let your diary among others be a reminder to us all of the Holocaust and human nature. Rest in Peace Anne - Rest in Peace to all those who died in the Holocaust and lived through it. Thank you. |
