I am 54 and I remember the first time I read The Diary of Anne Frank. I was in high school at the time. It made an impact on me that has lasted throughout my life. As I got older I did more research on Anne Frank and the Holocaust.
Anne Frank was so brave for one so young. She may be gone but she will never be forgotten, at least, not by me.

She really is an inspiration to so many people who went through those hard, and difficult times. She was voice for so many who were silenced by Hilter and his party, who wanted to eliminate every single Jew in the world. How can we be silent about something like this? Anne, you are such an inspiration to myself as well, because I'm going to be a writer someday, and you have given me so much inspiration.

i remember the first time i read "the diary of anne frank." i was so touched the way she spilled her heart out. it must have been hard for her to live in such a confined place, such as the "secret annex."she had to be quiet all the time and i can't imagine me doing that! i believe that anne frank was an unbelievable young ladie and i used to look up to her when i was young and i still do now. thankyou anne frank for giving others hope.

Anne is one of my biggest heros, and I love that she spoke her mind and had a secret in everything possible. I think this diary lead her to be on of the greatest writers that anyone will ever know. And it is sort of ironic that my name is Kitty, and that is who she adresses it too, thats what got me interested at first, but her personality is what everyone falls in love with, I hope one day to be like her. =D

"The diary of anne frank" is such an insperational book. every time i think about the diary i feel like doing something good or that i can accomplish anything that i put my heart into. Anne Frank was a great person and it is so unfortunate to think of what they would do to young ladies like Anne Frank. in my opinion, all people should be treated equally.

I read "Diary of a young girl" as well as others books about Anne Frank. She is an amazing, simply amazing individual and it is a pure shame that she was taken from this world. Hopefully, she is in Heaven, reading her stories to angels and writing more.
