The book really does reflect how a person would live away from Nazis in hiding. Before now, I never heard about Anne Frank and how she knows to write well. Although my english teacher made me read this book, it really ended up to be something interesting. The ending really felt anti-climatic to me with Anne not staying alive to tell her story. The ending with most of them dying really put more sorrow into a hopeless situation.

I thought that learning about Anne Frank and her experiences during the Holocaust were inspiring. I can relate to her personality, she was always happy and loved life, just like me. Through reading the play in class and watching the movie, I've learned a lot about Anne and her family and friends. However, this website helped me get a better understanding of exactly how she felt and her personal thoughts as opposed to her actions.

I have just read the Diary of Anne Frank play in my English class. At first, I was rather reluctant to read because I thought it would be boring but I didn't know how wrong I was. The Diary of Anne Frank is one of the most inspirational and moving books I have ever read. I can relate to many of the things she did and said. I espicially loved the scene where she stole Peter's shoes. It was a very accurate portrayal of her charcter. I also enjoyed seeing how her character grew over the course of the story.

The Diary of Anne Frank is one of the most inspirational yet tragical stories I've ever read. Knowing that all the information in this book is actually real rather than a made up fiction story, makes me sad and I feel grief and pain for all of their sufferings. I love the bond between Anne and Peter that allowed both of the kids to transform into young adults. Anne suffers more than most people these days can even comprehend, yet she has the heart and strength to forgive all of man kind. She doesn't see life for it's flaws and cracks but instead sees life for its beauty and benefits. She doesn't see the concentration camp as a penalty but sees it as a part of fate. She longs to be outdoors again where her heart is and she develops all on her own. She doesn't develop anger or depression from hiding but maturity and love for everything around her.

Reading Anne Frank was very inspirational I related to her in several ways. She seemed like a very forgiving person and always looked on the bright side of life. It is a pity that Anne had to die so young, if she was alive today I would have liked to meet her and talk to her. I not only learned about the Holocaust but I learned about a inspiring young girl who had and amazing story and was a gifted writer. In my class we recently acted out the play, it was interesting to act out all of Anne, the Franks, the Van Daans, etc. Not many 13 year old girls would be able to be so compassionate, forgiving, outgoing, and inspirational all at the same time. Anne could've been alive today, unfortunately, she her story ended to young. People can learn from Anne Frank, Anne is the example of a perfect person in life, people should try and look up to her as a role model in life. She had the most powerful impact someone has ever had in this entire world.

As much as I enjoy reading tragedies, The Diary of Anne Frank really stood out more than others. But, it also pains me very much that such event relly did happened in the past. Anne was such an amazing lady, she stayed so cheerful even when the situation had took a turn for the worse in their family. I was moved by all the terrible things they have to endured during the holocaust, it made me feel even more for the survivers of the WWII, what Hitler did was absolutely discriminating to all non-white people. I really liked the book.

The Diary of Anne Frank inspired me to live through the hard times in my life. Anne had to live in the dark times of the Holocaust, but she always lived it with a smile. She almost never lost hope and inspired all of the eight people to live throughout the hiding. It's hard to believe the book was a real person's diary.

This is an engaging book based on the struggle that Anne had when she was in hiding from the NAZIS. In the beginning she is a hyperactive girl but later she matures and Peter, a boy also in hiding falls in love with her. All in all this is a very great book that showed the terrifying lives that the Jews had in the hands of Adolf Hitler.
