I fell in love with the book the first time i read it. The book shows a lot of passion for her and her family. After reading her diary, i was really touched because she just lived life not knowing what comes next and while i read it i thought that she was so glad to be who she was. It seemed liked she didn't care what happened as long as she had her family. When i was done reading the book, I was just felt like crying for days or weeks. Now I am so glad to be who I really am.

i am currently reading the diary of annne frank and although i am only 17 years old i feel over sad at the thought that this group of people had no option but to go into hiding and live in such poor conditions just to stay alive. its an incredible story of a young girl confused about whats going on around her and inside her

Right now we are studying Anne Frank and her life during hiding. I could never imagine what she went through. Leaving all her friends behind? The only reason i watched this exbit was because our teacher recommened it. I also thought it would help me study for my test on Anne Frank tommorow. I thought oh! well this will be boring. It actually turns out it was very interesting and depressing. It made me realize that i have a lot to be grateful for. It also made me realize never to take the small things for granted because someday they could be gone if my family had to go into hiding. And you never know, it could happen!

This website is interesting and touching. We were very touched by the entries of Anne Frank. We feel that Anne was a very good role model and writer! She was wise beyond her years. When we shared this website in class, it deeply touched everyone of us. Thank you for making this interesting website! It was awesome!!!

I am 11 years old and live in South Africa. Me and my friend had an interest in Anne Frank and I had the book at home and had never read it. I leant it to her but she did not like it and said it was boring. I am half way through the book now and think it is extremely good. I am now mad about Anne and thus I loved your website. Keep it up!!! -Anon.

I read Anne at the age of 12. At that time the only thing that really hit me was the way she had seen life as. She was a regular optimist & had independent opinions of truth; unlike most people. She also had the strenght to express what she thought which is a mighty feat in it itself. She was one of those rare people who make their own ideas and opinions without really being affected by others. She was an independent mind. But now that I am also a teenager I realise that what she has written stands true for what teenagers all over the world feel & which may be forgotten by adults. I grieve that we have lost one of the most revolutionary writer of the century.

Anne Frank's diary led me onto writing. I have a lot of stuff on my mind and I know Anne did. I have a lot of problems too but to see what Anne went through and how well she handeled it, was amazing to me. I never thought of myself as a writer but if Anne could do it so could I because the stuff on my mind need to get out but not in a way that people will judge me or get mad because my thoughts may not be happy thoughts.

We as a class are starting to read The Diary Of Anne Frank in class. We have looked up many things about the holocaust and read books on our own time. I just want to say that everyone who went through these tragedies I care a lot for you. Growing up in these times must have been horrible. I am very interested in learning more about the holocaust and Anne Frank in general. I think everyone should learn about the past and one of the most the holocaust.

I remember partially reading Anne's diary sometime during grammar school. But, I don't recall it having an impact then. I recently read it again and was immeasurably touched. When I finished, I felt like I had lost a close friend. She was, at fifteen, what I still strive to be at thirty. I am glad to see that her spirit lives on with such strength.
