Well i think it was not fair that some people were murdered. If all the adult and soldiers and guards had a chance to grow up and be people, so should all of those poor kids who died. And the adults they should not have been killed either. What started all the attacks. WE ALL NEED TO GET ALONG.

Anne Frank had dreams, hopes, "ideals". She had friends, family, and still does... I believe that Anne Frank is inspiring even after death....

Every time I think of the trouble and suffering Anne Frank and the other hiders went through and all of the pain it cause Miep, and everyone involved, I'm sort of disgusted. It makes ZERO sense to try and destroy a whole unit of people because you hate them for their religion. If you don't like them, then that's onet thing. Nobody can stop you from feeling hate or dislike for people. But getting together a group of people, and going out and ruthlessly kidnapping , murdering, and mass killing them is a total other thing. It's totally unacceptable and it's very sad to know that it happened.

I recall the first time I read the Diary of Anne Frank was in 5th grade, in my teacher’s (Ms. Bilskey) classroom. The first thought that came to my mind was: how could someone remain so happy in such a desperate situation, let alone remain sane?! Anger turned inward is depression. Anger turned sideways is Anne Frank. Anne Frank, to me, is an enigma, outside, she is all playfulness and happiness, but inside, is love and compassion trying to find a way to break out. This website helped me be aware of Anne’s passions and desires to become a writer, not just the Hollywood star she aspires to be. This is quite surprising, as in the diary itself, she did not mention of wanting to become a writer at all.

When I started to read the Diary of Anne Frank, I respected Anne and felt what she was experiencing-- I had heard about her but never knew what she was about. I remember trying to be in her perspective. I was scared for her, but I knew that she was a wise person; although she did not live long, she achieved her dream. She is a well-known writer, and a topic of discussion in some books and movies.

After seeing so many articles about Anne Frank and the Holocaust, I can't imagine how anyone could put on such a positive, loving attitude like Anne. She really made me look back and appreciate my life. Anne Frank, in my eyes, is a hero no one will ever forget.

i love the diary of Anne Frank I truly believe that it is a remarkable and heartstopping book full of detail and personality.I was personally affected by this book because my uncle is jewish and to think that people could do such a terrible thing like the Holocaust to another living person sickens me deeply...
