Compiled in 1944 immediately after liberation by the Soviet Army, the list includes mainly 'intellectual and intelligent people' who perished such as doctors, teachers, engineers, and rabbis. Note Well: This list is reportedly different from the Kovno census records (Kauno Komendanto Ir Kauno Miesto Bermistro).
