Provenance:
Serviciul Special de Informatii collected the records during and after the Holocaust. The Romanian Information Service began filming the records for USHRI Archives in late 1992. Two subsequent accretions recieved in 1994 and 1995.

Abstract:
- Various lists are included in this collection fall under two catagories: victims of the Struma tragedy and Jews who emmigrated from Bucharest to Palestine.
- The S.S. Struma sank in the Black Sea on 24 February 1942. On board were Romanian Jews who were trying to flee the Naz regime. There were 768 victims. This list contains 106 of those names. Includes last name, first name and some added notes.
- The other names are from fragmented lists of Romanian Jews who emmigrated to Palestine. Includes last name, first name and address in Bucharest.
