Request dated 4 July 1942 from the Doctors Association of Czernowitz (current-day Chernivitsi, Ukraine) that 14 doctors and their families (22 names total) who had been erroneously deported to Transnistria be allowed to return. List is not alphabetical, but includes the occupation, street address and names of other family members with their relationships to the head of household.
