- A brief history of the Austrian Jewish community of Groß-Enzersdorf, located just east of Vienna, and of the nearby smaller towns of Eßling, Raasdorf, Marktgrafneusiedl, Obersiebenbrunn, Leopoldsdorf i.M., Orth a.d. Donau and Oberhausen.
- Although containing no alphabetical name registers or indexes as such, many personal names and families are mentioned in the brief biographical sketches that comprise most of its text.

- Apparently first written in October 1967 in Nutley, New Jersey, it appears to have been transcribed into its current format by Mr. Rainer Hübl, who is currently mayor of the town of Groß-Enzersdorf (as of 2006).
