Abstract:
- Data file and printout thereof of an expanded and revised register of names of Jews deported from Belgium (including many Austrian, German and Polish Jewish refugees) to the Saint-Cyprien internment camp in the Eastern Pyrénées region of France in May 1940, which originally appeared in p. 340-[417] of the book: La liste de Saint-Cyprien : lodyssée de plusieurs milliers de Juifs expulsés le 10 mai 1940 par les autorités belges vers les camps dinternement du sud de la France, antichambre des camps dextermination (Bruxelles : Alice Éditions, 2006). For 1,571 entries the date of subsequent further deportation to Auschwitz is given and also whether a personal dossier is available in the Archives in Pau, chief town of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques - Western region of France.

Survivors Registry Document File EE3743 contains a printout of the name list with explanatory summaries in English and French by the author, together with a printout of an email dated May 10, 2007 from USHMM Curator Genya Markon replying to the author, Mr. Bervoets-Tragholz, with copies to various USHMM staff, in which she thanks the author and also refers the matter for further action to the Survivors Registry, with the text of the author's preceding email to Ms. Markon which had accompanied the data file, and in which some terms and conditions of use of the data file are explained.
