July 19, 1942 was not a date associated with transports to Chelmno. So, I checked the secondary sources, and while I could not find any transports associated with this date, I noticed that there was a cluster of transports to Auschwitz on July 15 and July 16, 1942. Perhaps the July 19 transport went there, too?
