I agree that you have found the "R. Laska" who is most likely to have signed the album. If you could move your comment from the "discussion forum" to the comment box on the stage "Identity," that would help me to evaluate your research process.
In the future, when you find a name of a student who only signed with a first initial, it is unnecessary to add the first initial and last name in the "name" field; the given name you find for the student who most likely signed the album will suffice.
