I assume that Malka was sent to the since there were mass transports out of the ghetto to Chelmno from January 1942 to May 1942, which was when Malka was relocated. 

Rojza could very well be her sister since the share the same address. Rojza would have been a couple years older than Malka. SHe was also moved/deported on the same day
