I agree this is the most likely match for the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941 she would have been 13 years old, the right age to attend school #8B. In the future, please leave a note indicating why you think this is the person who signed this name in the album. Good luck in the next stages.
Stage 2: The Ghetto
Mother's Name:
Zofia Drabkin
Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants
Deported / Transferred:
1942-09-13
Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants
Ghetto Street Address:
ALI I MAJA, 71
Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants
User Comments:

At the same address is Zofia Drabkin, DOB 24-DEC-1897, Hausfrau, who is the right age to be Lidja's mother. Deported to Chelmno the same day (AUSG 13-SEP-1942)

Approver Comments:
I agree that Zofia looks like a good candidate to be Lidja's mother, based on the shared address and the difference in their ages. The Al I Maja address is a Polish street name, rather than a German one, which might mean that this is the street on which Zofia and Lidja lived before the ghetto was formed.
Stage 3: Labor Camps
Camp Deported/Transferred to:
Chelmno, Poland
Lodz-Names

It is likely that the September 1942 date represents a deportation to Chelmno. Right now, our best sources indicate that the Gehsperre Aktion, in which the very young and the elderly were deported to Chelmno, concluded on September 12 of that year, but we have seen quite a few children listed as deported on September 13. I will mark this information "possible" until we know more.
