Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

User Comment:
I searched the database under the exact and fuzzy setting for the first initial of "E" and the last name of "Wajsbard." There were many individual's entries returned, but the most likely candidate for having attended Gymnasium at the time was Ernestyna Wajsbard. She was born in 1928 (the typical age ranged from 1921-1927), which is incredibly close to the general age range for Gymnasium students. She resided at General Litzmann Strasse 31 and at Zimmerstrasse 21 9. No further notes were listed under her entry.

I agree that this is the most likely candidate to have signed this name in the album, and agree with you reasoning. Good job! See you in the next stages!
