I believe that Lea Kac and Rywka Lea Kac are the same person. When I searched the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants Database I searched for Lea Kac and the only record that was displayed was for Rywka Lea Kac. I presume that she went by her middle name Lea.

I agree this is one possible candidate to have signed this name in the album. It is likely she might have gone by her middle name. Also check out Laja Kac, born in 1932--we often find Lea and Laja listed as different renderings of the same name.
