Okay... So, I double-checked your research on this one, and it is mostly correct. However, I'm marking it as "invalid" because of a very small error. On the Labor Card, Estera's street address is listed as 14/17, and you have listed it as 14/28. This may be because you found that address for an Estera Olsztajn listed in volume 5 of the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database. However, it is different than the one listed on her Labor Card. From the Labor Card, I believe you can enter the following data (much of which you already have done correctly):

Birth Date: 7/3/1929
Ghetto address: Talweg 14/17
Work address / Place of employment: Waesche und Kleider (Cranachstrasse 19)

FYI - I found the address for Waesche und Kleider by clicking on the link to the JewishGen website where there is a list.
Now, if you cross-reference with the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database and enter Estera's name in the search as Olzstajn (Fuzzy) and Ester* (Exact), then you will find an additional entry for "Estera Rywa OLSZTEJN." This entry is a perfect match for the girl in the Labor Card. She is listed as born on March 7, 1929 and she lives at Talweg 14/17 before moving to Inselstrasse 37. She is also a student.
