When I searched for Eti Poliwoda I couldn't find any results so I did a fuzzy searched and found Eta Poliwoda born 20 Sep 1931 and she lived at Buchbindergasse 19 flat 8 and Blachars 26 (no flat). She had a Change of registration to new address dated 13 Nov 1942 to Tal 17. I also found her in the Lodz Ghetto Volume Five under Etla Poliwoda with the same birthdate and addresses Talweg 17A flat 1 and Buchbindergasse 19 (no flat).

I agree that both records point to the same person, who is the most likely candidate to have signed this name in the album. Eti is likely a nickname for Etla (or Eta?).
