I agree you have found the student who most likely signed this name in the album. In 1941 he would have been 8 years old, the right age for school #20a. We don't yet know what the 3 October 1943 date means, but it might be a date of registration at the Pfeffergasse address, since it's so close to the 30 September 1943 move from Kirchgasse.
