We found out the real of Izak Tangelsohn because names can be written using different variations:
Icek, Icchok, and Izak all refer to the same name. Also, he was 9 at the time and he might not have not known how to spell his name, maybe when passing the data the name got smudged, there are many open possibilities.

I agree you have found the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941 he would have been 10 years old, the right age to attend school #21b.
