There are two results within the inhabitants database for Benjamin Lam. On was born 11.28.1901, the second born 11.28.1939. Both lived in the same place, however the one born in 1901 was classified as a student, while the other had no classification. both had middle names, Benjamin Szlama Lam born 1901, and Benjamin Szlam Lam Born 1931. I believe that both may be the same Benjamin.

Since someone born in 1901 would have been almost 40 years old when the ghetto was created, if Bejamin Lam born in 1901 is listed as a student, then your assumption that these records point to the same person, who was born in 1931, appears to be correct.
