Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

User Comment:
The father of Anna could have been Michal Ginsberg. The mother might have been Jockweta Ginsberg. They all had the same address Matrosen 1, and then another address was listed that all of them shared, that being Remembrandt 8 4. Michal Ginsberg was born on Jan. 2, 1889 and Jockweta was born April 1, 1898. They were both old enough to have children. Anna might have had a brother, named Janusz Iudwik Ginsberg. He was born on Oct. 27, 1921. He also shared the same addresses.
